WW: Black&White

As I mentioned before here, I love taking photos at night...This time I wanted to do something a bit different and have more black and just have on thing lit, to highlight.  So for some of these what I did was when Emma was asleep, I turned off all the lights in the house and only turned on what I wanted to photograph.  I really like the results and Ill keep practicing to get other cooler shots :)
Hope you like them!

The picture below I took from my mothers apartment..she lives on the top floor of her building, which calls for some pretty awesome shots.

The next two shots below were taken during the morning actually,
for the first picture below I had the curtains shut almost all the way,  only a sliver of sunshine shone through.

Nice job! I've been meaning to do some experimenting with night photos as well but just haven't found the time. You've given me some great ideas here!

These are way cool. I'd love a lesson in night photography. It is certainly my area of weakness and one that I shy away from, but seeing these makes me want to give it a shot. Thanks for sharing!

I love these photos! The one from the apartment is so cool and I am in love with the one of the baby in the sunlight! The perspective on the last shot is fun too.

These are excellent and inspirational... I am definitely going to have a play. I adore the fridge one. I did use this idea to take an image of a pair of my shoes but you have made me realise it is something I need to play with more so thank you.

If you want to see the shoes though...
